Guttermaster is a unique, trademark protected home maintenance tool that has caused phenomenal consumer reaction where ever it has been presented. It is a telescopic water flow wand that attaches to a regular garden hose and extends to 12' with reach of up to two storeys (approx 20') when held up by the user. It has a unique design with a high pressure nozzle. The nozzle is also threaded to allow for a water flow brush to be attached transforming the Guttermaster into a complete exterior home cleaning tool.

One of the big box retailers wants to offer the Guttermaster in its 400+ locations in the USA. The projected size of the sale is $1.5 - 1.9M with a very favorable margin. Guttermaster are a small but quickly growing company but the size of the deal is larger than their financial capabilities can handle. There are also other opportunities with other dealers and potentially Direct TV advertising. The sale to the big box retailer is currently pending on finding the appropriate distributor. This opportunity is immediate.

The wholesale value of the USA market is estimated to be $10M+ per year.

Guttermaster are interested in partnering with a distributor in the USA with the financial means and distribution networks to carry the product on an exclusive basis. The distributor would ideally have current sales of $10M+ , carry lines in the Home & Garden for Cleaning products industries and currently sell to the big box retail channel.

The Guttermaster has been a hot selling product at home shows, The Shopping Channel in Canada, QVC in the USA and the Special Events Program with Costco in Canada and the USA plus other hardware retailers.
