Herald Trust Company Limited is a 3 partner, 50 staff firm located in the center of St Helier, which is the capital of Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands.

The three partners, Robert Roynon-Jones, Robert Sharp, and Benjamin Bryant, are all Chartered Accountants and Fellows of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Due to the special situation of Jersey, which is an important offshore financial center, the main area of business of the firm is in fiduciary management and ancillary services which involves accounting and tax compliance services for its clients, 50% of which are international clients.
