Based in China since 2015, he holds an International MBA and brings deep expertise in tax consulting, corporate restructuring, and temporary management within the automotive and mechanical sectors. He is also certified mediator and appointed arbitrator for the Shanghai International Arbitrator Center (SHIAC) and speaks Italian, English, Chinese, and Spanish.

Fabio is an Italian CPA and a Legal Auditor who has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Monza and Brianza since 1989. With over three decades of expertise, he specializes in auditing, company valuations, and business crisis management, serving as a Bankruptcy Curator and a Certified Mediator for the Milan and Monza Chambers of Arbitration. His extensive career includes high-level ministerial appointments as an Extraordinary and Judicial Commissioner for the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and a Board Member of the Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza e Assistenza since 2016. An expert in cross-border professional missions to China and a contributor to Il Sole 24 Ore, Fabio was recognized for his industry leadership with the China Award 2021.
Carey holds a degree in International Trade from Shanghai Electric Power University and has corporate experience within a multinational trading firm in Shanghai. Advancing her financial expertise, she has successfully completed her Chinese CPA (注册会计师) examinations and is in the process of qualifying as a certified Tax Agent. Bilingual in Chinese and English, Carey holds a Cambridge BEC Higher (Level C1) Business English certification, specializing in cross-border financial operations.
Iris specializes in corporate law and cross-border transactions. She holds an MBA from the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan and a Bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in International Business from Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology.
A licensed attorney who successfully passed the China Bar Exam, Iris brings extensive experience from her previous role as a practicing lawyer at Jiangsu You Cheng Law Firm. She is also a certified Senior China Corporate Compliance Manager. Native in Chinese and fluent in English (IELTS: 8.0), she leverages her unique blend of legal expertise, corporate compliance knowledge, and international business acumen to support complex commercial operations.

Francesco holds a Master’s degree in Law from Universita’ Luiss di Roma and a specialized degree in criminal law and procedure from the Universita’ degli Studi di Salerno. A certified mediator, his practice spans international corporate consultancy—specializing in cross-border contracts for multinational firms—and legal counsel for prominent Italian labor unions. Francesco is an active seminar speaker, engages in criminal procedure research, and is multilingual in Italian and English, with ongoing studies in Chinese.
Davide specializes in leading cross-border teams and navigating complex international tax and legal projects. He earned his Master’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Florence in 2022. Fluent across global markets, he combines his strategic expertise with robust multilingual capabilities in Italian, English (IELTS C1), Chinese (HSK 4), and Spanish (DELE B1)
