R.A. Purcell, Inc is the proprietorship of Richard Purcell, CA. Richard has been a Chartered Accountant since 1972 and was a partner with Thorne Little, Chartered Accountants (now part of BDO) from 1983 to 1999 when he retired from full time practice. From 1976 to 1980 he held the CFO position with two public companies in Vancouver.

He now acts in a consulting role for only select clients requiring advice on such matters as business plans, cash management, accounting programs, due diligence, SOX support and general business matters.
