Integra International in Miami Expands its International Tax and Audit Work

MIAMI, February 6, 2017 – South Florida-based accounting and advisory firm Kabat, Schertzer De La Torre, Taraboulos and Company (KSDT) today announced that Les Adler and Jorge Aldecoa have joined the firm as partners and brought with them seven accountants, including Bernie Swichkow, who will serve as a senior advisor to the firm.

The announcement represents an expansion of KSDT’s existing tax and audit work on behalf of domestic individuals, businesses and trusts as well as those with connections to Latin America, Europe and South Africa.  It also brings to the firm an affiliation with Integra International, an association of more than 120 accounting firms in 66 countries, of which Adler and Swichkow are founding members.

“We are excited to welcome a team of well-respected CPA veterans to our practice and offer our clients deeper knowledge and specialization in global matters affecting their personal and business finances,” said Jeffrey Taraboulos, managing partner with KSDT.

Adler added, “Today’s announcement is a natural next step in our ongoing collaboration with KSDT, with whom we have joint venture on audit engagements for many years.  Working together and through our affiliation with Integra International, we believe we can bring added value to South Florida clients looking to expand outside our country’s borders.”

Prior to joining KSDT, both Adler and Aldecoa were partners in the Miami-based firm of Binstock, Rubin, Adler, Aldecoa and Ellzey, which resulted from a merger in 2007 with Berman, Swichkow, Farbish Adler and Aldecoa.
