More than 25 years of experience in accountancy and audit, of which 6 years was in one of the most important international audit offices. Johan has a thorough knowledge of the audit practice in Belgium and the international accounting standards in general. Johan is a co-founder of Integra International and was European president for eight years. His specialized knowledge and extensive experience support private placements, IPO’s, valuations of enterprises and financial business development.
