Managing Partner in Vienna for BF Consulting, specializing in international tax law and corporate finance, with particular emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, start-up, purchase and selling of business enterprises, equity financing and corporate reorganization. Franz is a founding member of Integra International and president of the European Section of the organization.
