Mandatory Registration of Foreign Legal Entities with Ukrainian Tax Authorities

On January 1, 2021, changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine came into force. According to them, all foreign legal entities operating in Ukraine through their separate divisions (representative offices), including permanent establishments, must be registered with Ukrainian regulatory authorities. Such changes have a significant impact on the parent companies that have representative offices in Ukraine, henceforth not only the representative offices but also the parent companies themselves shall be registered with Ukrainian tax authorities.

Thus, foreign legal entities that have separate divisions on the territory of Ukraine, but not registered with Ukrainian regulatory authorities as of January 1, 2021 shall submit documents for registration with the tax authorities of Ukraine. Those foreign legal entities that will register separate divisions on the territory of Ukraine after the entry into force of changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine will be registered with the tax authorities of Ukraine in the process of state registration of a separate division.… Read More

Integra Announces Appointment of Mark Saunders as Chief Operating Officer

April 1st, 2021 – Integra International is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Saunders as new Chief Operating Officer.

Former Global Chair of Integra International, Mr Saunders joined the Association back in 2004. He brings to Integra International his many years of experience in corporate audit and accounting as Partner at Wilder Coe Chartered Accountants Ltd, a London-based advisory firm with two UK offices and a team of over 50 people. Mark has worked across different sectors and has also been involved in sales and acquisitions. “I have always enjoyed a close relationship with my clients and firmly believe that high professional standards and excellent levels of service are the key to a successful practice”, he says.

I am looking forward to a robust, exciting year for Integra International and our members.

Although the pandemic caught all of us by surprise and 2020 was a challenging year, we all learned valuable lessons and supported each other in various ways.

We pivoted to an increased internal social media presence by sharing ideas, issues and solutions. We worked closely with our members to ensure they would be connected to each other for support and guidance.

As we have all been learning and adapting to these new ways of doing business, it will only make us all more efficient. In 2021 we will continue to provide platforms in which we can share ideas and best practices.

CFC Rules: A Conversation with Ukrainian firm EBS
