What is an Integra website Account ID?
An Integra website Account ID is your current or recent email address. Logging on with your Account ID and Password, allows you to access special membership benefits on the Integra website.
You are not required to register for an Integra website account, or login to use the website.

How do I obtain an Account ID?
To register for an account, press the "Register for an Integra website account" link from the website login page. You will be required to enter your name and unique email address. When you have successfully entered your name and email address, an account activation email message will be sent to you. For security purposes, the account activation email message contains directions that you must follow before you can login with your Account ID.
If you do not recieve your account activation email message, please make sure it has not been filtered by your email application.

I forgot my Account ID. How can I retrieve it?
Your Integra website Account ID is your email address that you used when registering for an Integra account.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
Visit the Integra website Login page and click the "Forgot your Password?" link. Please enter your Account ID and if you have an Integra website account, a new password will be sent to your email address.

I entered the wrong password 5 times and was locked out. What can I do?
When you enter the wrong password 5 times in a row, the website security system will lockout your Account ID. You will then have to wait 30 minutes before attempting to login again.

What is the Integra Intranet?
The Integra intranet and the Integra website are separate and distinct websites. Each site has its own security requirements and login procedures. For your convenience, the Integra website login page has a shortcut to access the Integra intranet site.
