Vancouver, BC (June 1, 2019)– Integra International is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Sims as the Board President for the AAANZ Regional Chapter (North and South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand).  The election took place in May at Integra’s Regional Conference in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Bill Sims, CPA is CEO and Partner at Salmon Sims Thomas & Associates, PLLC in Dallas, TX and will serve a two year term as Board President.  With more than 38 years’ of experience providing accounting, tax, and business consultation to clients in a variety of industry groups, Bill Sims is a recognized expert in the nonprofit sector with a concentration in religious organizations, social agencies, country clubs, and associations.

 

Integra International is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fiato as the Board Vice President for the AAANZ Regional Chapter (North and South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand).  The election took place in May at Integra’s Regional Conference in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Mark Fiato, CPA, CVA is Managing Partner at Caras Shulman, PC in Burlington, MA and will serve a two year term as Board Vice President.  Mark has provided audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to privately held businesses and their owners since joining Caras & Shulman, PC in 1990.  Caras & Shulman has been a proud member of Integra for 25 years.

 

 

We have a new Director – Stephen Radachi from Radachi and Company CPA

Stephen has over 10 years of experience working with Radachi and Company.  He specializes in consulting services, corporate and individual tax preparation, trust and estate planning and issuance of financial statements.  Stephen works closely with high net worth individuals and trusts. He has an expertise in business planning working closely with auto dealerships and public water utilities. He has a wide knowledge of Puerto Rico entity formation in relation to Act 20 and Act 22 for business interests located in both Puerto Rico and the United States.
