A Message from the COO,
Mark Saunders

It goes without saying that our conference in London was a tremendous success with over 150 delegates, family and guests attending. My grateful thanks go to all those who attended and especially to Susanne Martius for all her hard work. Being together with Susanne, Kathy, Lois and Slava for the first time was also tremendously important for Integra and the help of the whole team in making the conference such a success is deeply appreciated. We are also very grateful to Robert Moore and his team from our host firm, Bright Grahame Murray, for all their support.

Please take the time to look at some of the photographs and videos that have been shared by our members either on the website, WhatsApp group or on LinkedIn.

So now we look forward to 2023. The dates for our conference in Dallas, Texas are already agreed as May 18th to the 20th. From June 15th to the 17th we will be meeting in Zurich Switzerland. In September the Cross-Border Tax Workshop will take place in Berlin and our next Global Conference will take place in October in Singapore. The dates for these last two events are still being finalised

I'm sure that everyone who attended the conference in London will attest to the fact that nothing can compare with meeting your fellow Integra members face to face to build trusting relationships and lasting friendships which will lead to more cooperation between our members and referrals of professional work. Please mark your calendars now for next year’s events when I look forward to meeting you all again in person.

Integra International is very pleased to announce the admittance of a new member, Gravitas Business Solutions Limited in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, W.I.  Established in 2016, the firm has 3 partners, 9 professional staff and 7 paraprofessional staff.

Gravitas is a new age business solutions advisory service provider founded by Trevor Nicholas Gomez, Jimmy Beharry and Scott Hilton-Clarke. The founders have a combined 71+ years’ experience in solving complex financial and business problems for CEOs of public companies, large corporations, startups, and small and medium businesses.  Gravitas strives to contribute to growth and survival of the region by partnering and supporting our entrepreneurs.

Nicholas has over 30 years of public accounting experience serving a diversified portfolio of clients. As the former leader of the Regional Assurance operations at EY, he has served 15 partners and 300 team members who managed over 500 audit clients across the regional landscape. Nick currently serves on regulated, listed, and subsidiary company boards and has extensive experience with financial statement auditing, due diligence, accounting, reporting, and internal control matters.

Jimmy has over 16 years’ experience serving clients across several industries, including banking & insurance, telecom, manufacturing and retail, restaurants, and pharmaceuticals. Jimmy is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive knowledge in technical accounting requirements, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and is proficient in internal control evaluations, business risk assessments, and financial statement audits. Jimmy leads a team of 30+ team members and is highly involved in the operations in the advisory space which covers mergers & acquisitions (M&A) - due diligence, CFO consulting services, outsourcing and audit readiness.
