Mr. Fu has over 14 years of professional experience in advising MNEs on transfer pricing, M&A/restructuring, equity valuation, as well as business negotiations in China. He was a senior director of NERA Economic Consulting and senior tax manager at Deloitte with one year overseas working experience. Mr. Fu is a frequent lecturer on transfer pricing/valuation issues and acts as a trainer for the transfer pricing sector of State Administration of Taxation and local tax bureaus. He holds a Bachelor degree of economics from Fu Dan University (China). He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Taxation Agent in China, and also an International Certified Internal Auditor. He can also speak Japanese and English fluently.
