Mr. Chowdhury is the founder of the firm M I Chowdhury & Co., Chartered Accountants. He started practice in the year 1985. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1980 thereafter he conducted various consultancy, training and audit on behalf of SF Ahmed & Co. prior to starting his own firm.
On behalf of this firm he has conducted a huge number of audit and training assignments for the development projects of Bangladesh Govt. financed by various Donor Agencies, like USAID, UNDP, World Bank, ADB, UNICEF, GTZ and European Commission (EC), etc..
Mr. Chowdhury is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.
