Matthias has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tax Advisor, and is a Certified Expert for International Taxation. He has been a part of the Wagemann + Partner team since 1994 and in 2000 was appointed tax advisor. He was appointed as a partner in 2002. He specializes in financial statements according to the German Commercial Code and IFRS and in various types of taxation matters – both corporate and individual for domestic and international clients.
