Oscar has been a CPA for over 30 years. His experience was progressively developed in consumer products and industrial companies (subsidiaries of large US corporations) and as firm´s partner with highly successful record in audit, accounting and strategic planning areas. In 2006 Oscar became a Certified Fraud Examiner, as a proven expert in fraud prevention and detection. He held different positions at Integra International: Member AAA Board of Directors (2002 – 2013), Member Global Board of Directors (2006 – 2013), Global Chairman (2012 – 2013).
