Vaibhav Jain, Managing Partner and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Vaibhav is also a Registered Valuer for asset class ‘Securities and Financial Assets’ from Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Vaibhav, a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, has expertise in Accounting & Reporting Advisory and Audit & Assurance services. Vaibhav’s Accounting advisory experience spans through Assurance, due diligence, business plan reviews, feasibility analysis, etc. He also has extensive experience in financial reporting in compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, USGAAP and SFRS.

Vaibhav also have significant knowledge and experience in managing matters pertaining to company law, legal and regulatory compliances relevant to foreign subsidiaries/ Joint Ventures.

Vaibhav is also associated with few reputed consulting firms to provide technical guidance to their MNC clients in accounting advisory, implementation of Ind AS, implementation of IFRS, Quarter & Year-end financial closure and review, financials drafting and disclosures, etc.

Vaibhav has worked across industry segments including Manufacturing, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Telecom, IT & ITES, Healthcare, Education, Automobile and Media & Entertainment. His accounting and transaction advisory experience spans across geographies such as US, UK, Germany, Singapore and Sri Lanka.

Prior to joining ABV & Company, Vaibhav has worked with S.V. Ghatalia, an EY firm and Shah Gupta & Co (a Mumbai based mid-sized firm) primarily in field of Accounting and Financial Reporting segment. Vaibhav is spearheading Accounting and Reporting Advisory services across all locations of ABV.
