Giuseppe Scibetta graduated in Business Administration (specialization for CPA) at the University of Rome and he is registered in the Milan Order of Professional Accountants since 1969 and in the Register of Auditors since 1970. He is a Statutory Auditor of important national and international companies. He has forty years experience as accountant and tax advisor, first of all as junior advisor of an accounting firm, secondly as tax advisor in Mario Pomara’s advisory firm and since 1975, in partnership with Mr. Mario Pomara and Mrs Luciana Pomara and finally Senior Partner at Pomara Scibetta & Partners.

He practices tax and corporate advisory for ordinary and extra-ordinary transactions, M&A with particular focus on international taxation, M&A operations, and also tax litigation, financial and strategic business planning.
