Mr. Amir has a B.A. degree in Economics, and Geography and a degree in Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He has practiced as a CPA on his own account since 1989. He specializes in dealing with public companies, non-profit organizations and commercial companies, in valuations and in providing expert evidence in court proceedings.

He is a graduate of courses in real estate taxes, the auditing of local authorities, receiverships, liquidations and the rehabilitation of companies.
