Philip has provided consultancy to clients within the Integra International network via Finas GmbH for the last decade. His technical services include setting up accounting, preparation of VAT reporting for companies conducting business in Germany without a domestic subsidiary, preparation of financial statements and corporation taxation. Philip advises small and medium companies that plan to start an independent company or a subsidiary in the south of Germany spanning a wide rage of industry backgrounds. Philip graduated from the University of Passau in Business Administration in 2000 after a year abroad at the University of Stirling.
