Mr. Scibetta graduated “cum laude” at Catholic University of Milan in October 1998 with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. In 2004, after 5 years working in a Top Strategic Consulting firm, leader in management consulting for top financial institutions, and after some years in the “strategic development” department of a Top Italian Bank Roberto joint Pomara Scibetta and Partners, where became partner in 2011.

He is registered in the Milan Order of Professional Accountants and the Register of Auditors since January 2007. He is statutory auditor of important Italian and International companies, and he is member of many other boards, including the BoD of Italian Angels for Growth. He practices tax and corporate advisory for ordinary and extra-ordinary transactions, with particular focus on international taxation. He also does tax litigation, financial and strategic business planning.
